Friday 23rd

1600-1930    Arrivals. Cream Tea. Settling in and informal introductions

1930-2030    Dinner

2030               Introductions and welcomes. Exploring individual and group outcomes, and set some ‘rules’ for the weekend with Angela.

2100-2200    Angela leads a short Clean Meditation session to begin the weekend and to get us ready for bed.

Saturday 24th

0900 – 1000   Yoga with Shelley Edwards (Optional)

0930-1030     Breakfast

1100-1300     Angela leads a Mindful Listening session, and site-wide Mindful Listening activity. Self-exploration. Drawing. Journaling

1300-1400    Lunch

1430-1530     Angela leads a ‘Teambuilding With Your Dog’ session. A high energy session. You will need tuggy toys and treats. A dog will be available if needed.

1530-1830     Free time for a Spa, Mindful Dog Walk, or one on one coaching sessions with Angela in the Yurt, during which time you choose a topic you want to explore,

1830-1930     Free time

1930-2030     Dinner

2030-2130     Reflecting on the day, informal group session with Angela

Sunday 25th

0930-1030     Mindful breakfast focusing on awareness and the senses

1030-1300     One on one sessions with Angela or Mindful Dog Walk

1300-1400    Lunch

1400-1500     Angela invites us to consider what needs to happen for you to achieve your desired outcome, and to form an action plan for when you return home.

1500               Appreciation circle and farewells
