Coaching For Care is our flagship in-house training programme dedicated to bringing high quality coaching skills to frontline NHS leaders. The programme is designed to help ward sisters, senior nurses, senior AHP’s increase staff engagement, support personal and professional development, and create a culture of robust, resilient leadership where it matters most, in clinical areas.
Formal Coaching Qualifications
Directors, middle, senior managers, clinicians and anyone who wants to explore coaching from a more formal perspective may be interested in our ILM Level 5 or 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. Participants will develop practical and effective techniques and processes, supported by theory and the latest research, with plenty of opportunity for practice, supported with online course work tutorials. Available as an open programme for individuals and also as an in-house programme.
NLP informs our coaching, facilitation, and training work along with other disciplines and areas of knowledge. Our specific NLP programmes are available as in-house options and open programmes. These include short courses from Introductory Days and NLP Business Diploma to Practitioner and NLP Coach certifcation programmes tailored to your needs.
Leadership & Team Development
In today’s world great leadership is founded on self-awareness, emotional intelligence and behavioural flexibility. It takes personal mastery to lead without force. Great leadership can come in many forms, depending on the situation. There are however core skills, attitudes, qualities and behaviours that are found in all good and effective leaders.
