Set in the grounds of the Duke of Wellington estate near Basingstoke and working with a small group of 12 people, this is am intimate, high quality experience. With a whole day to focus on you and your work, it’s a chance to take a step back and really get stuck in.
Experienced sales & growth strategy coach David Adams takes you through an expertly conceived process designed to help you deepen your understanding of effective sales strategies, then building on ideas and options from there. We’ll also pack the session with advice on how to get going, create opportunities and open doors.
You’ll find yourself in the company of like minded people who want to make the most of their new career venture. There’s pre-work too, to help you prepare and get the most out of the day.

All materials are provided including refreshments and lunch. The workshops are held at a country hotel in Hampshire, with easy access from the M4, and M3. There’s ample parking and accommodation if you need it.
You’ll be in the hands of top sales and growth strategy coach, David Adams and careers after forty coach, Angela Watson.
David Adams is an experienced Sales & Business Growth Coach, with an in depth understanding of the different challenges facing business owners across a broad range of sectors.
Before he started his own business, David worked in the professional services market, for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young and Deloitte, liberating himself from the 9-5 for a life or more autonomy and independence – and since then has helped a variety of businesses, across many sectors, win more clients and grow successful businesses.
Angela Watson is an experienced career coach, adept at helping her clients work out what they’d really love to do and to find the confidence and courage to go for it.
Before qualifying as a coach, Angela worked in healthcare including the NHS and Pfizer, before taking the plunge and striking out for a life of freedom and variety – and since then has helped hundreds of people rise and shine doing what they love.
